CONICAL is freely available for non-commercial use. Commercial users should contact me directly.
The current source code may be downloaded file-by-file directly from the reference manual. Or, you may download the source and documentation as a GZipped TAR file (about 90K compressed, 250K uncompressed):
Mac users can unpack the .gz with MacGzip, and the .tar with suntar (among others).
Unix/DOS users should be able to use something like gunzip conical.tar.gz followed by tar -xvof conical.tar to unpack the archive.
