Jam Release Notes
May 10, 1999: Version 0.4
- changed color of preview material to blue, for easier viewing
- set a watch cursor while preview is being computed
- fixed a bug causing the 3D Viewer to sometimes fail
- limited the scale handle to help prevent stretching a component into
nothingness
- added Transform menu with Flip Horizontal and Flip Vertical commands
- added Duplicate, Mirror Horizontal, and Mirror Vertical commands to Edit menu
May 6, 1999: Version 0.3
- Eliminated the separate Info window, adding a control bar on the left
side of the main window instead
- Added a 3D preview using QuickDraw 3D
- Dropped support for 68K Macs, as these don't have QuickDraw 3D and nobody seemed to be using it on 68K machines anyway
- Added mouse control of rotation and scale (as well as position)
- Now calculating transforms via matrices instead of separate scale/rotation
July 6, 1998: Version 0.2.1
- Fixed a bug which, upon closing the Info window with command-W,
would cause your computer to explode (well, not quite...)
July 5, 1998: Version 0.2
- Misc. bug fixes and improvements
- Added Quality menu (only affects display of new components)
- At this point, Jam is in serious danger of being permanently
back-burnered if user response does not increase.
